Tested in my salon first
If a workflow doesn't survive a real week at Sarang Nails & Beauty, it doesn't get sold. My salon is the test kitchen.
About
Toronto salon owner. Accidental AI builder. The person who answers when you email Front Ave AI.
I own Sarang Nails & Beauty in Toronto's Koreatown. Most days you'll find me at the salon — managing the floor, fixing the little daily disasters, talking with clients.
Running the place, I noticed where my weeks were really going: writing Instagram captions at midnight. Staring at Google reviews I knew I should answer. Promising myself I'd “do marketing properly” next month. The work that grows a business kept losing to the work that runs one.
I looked at agencies. The quotes were more than my rent, and nobody could explain in plain words what I'd actually get. So I started building my own system instead — AI workflows that reply to reviews in my voice, write and schedule my posts, and keep my marketing moving while I'm with clients.
It worked. What used to eat hours of every week now runs quietly in the background. Other owners started asking what I was doing differently. Front Ave AI is the answer: the same workflows, set up for your business, explained the way one owner explains things to another.

How I work
Four rules I run both businesses by — the salon and this one.
If a workflow doesn't survive a real week at Sarang Nails & Beauty, it doesn't get sold. My salon is the test kitchen.
You'll never need a glossary to understand what I'm building for you. If I can't explain it simply, I haven't earned your money.
If it stops earning its keep, you stop paying. That keeps me honest in a way no contract ever could.
Your accounts, your content, your systems. If we ever part ways, all of it stays with you.
Month-to-month. No lock-in. Real human support.
